Please note that refunds will not be issued for any order that is refused or abandoned by the intended recipient, orders that can’t be delivered due to an address error, or orders seized by Customs.

Coupons & Discounts

Coupon codes are created by She’s well for additional savings during special promotional periods. Each code is set for single usage with an expiration date and a minimum purchase order at the discretion of She’s well. Coupon code She’s wellSaleDay expires Monday, November 30 at 11:59pm CET and discounts are provided for individual use only. She’s well reserves the right to review & refund and order deemed in excess of personal usage, including orders over $200 before discount applied. All orders purchased through the She’s well SaleDay promotion are final sale only and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Risk of Loss

Any goods purchased from our Site will be shipped by a third party carrier. As a result, title and risk of loss for such merchandise will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Commercial Transactions

The services offered by She’s well are subscription-based services. When you open a subscription-based account, you hereby agree to pay all charges to your account, including any applicable taxes, in accordance with billing terms in effect at the time the fee or charge becomes payable. She’s well Inc reserves the right to change the amount of, or basis for determining, any fees or charges for Services we provide, and to institute new fees, charges or terms effective upon notice to subscribers.

Your subscription will be automatically renewed and your credit card will be automatically charged, depending upon the billing terms for your account, for as long as you remain a Subscriber. You agree that She’s well Inc will not be obligated to send you any renewal or advance billing notices or confirmations that your credit card has been charged.

Your right to use the Service or a specific product is conditional upon our receipt of payment. If payment cannot be charged to your credit card or if a charge is refunded for any reason, including chargeback, we reserve the right to immediately either suspend or terminate your access and account, thereby terminating this Agreement and all She’s well Inc obligations hereunder. You are required to pay any amounts still owed to us at the time your account is suspended or terminated.

She’s well’s subscription plans fall into different categories, including ‘Month to Month’ where the customer can cancel at any time, to a variety of ‘Commit and Save’ plans where the customer can profit by further savings (the “Savings”) in return for committing to the subscription for a specific length of time (for example, for 3 months, 6 months or 12 months). Note there that if a customer cancels this Commit and Save subscription before that agreed time period has expired, then the customer will be liable for the “Savings” that have accrued to date.

If you have any questions regarding your supplements or your supplement order, you may email email info@sheswell.com. If it is an emergency, please call 911.
In the case of your She’s well Inc order, if you are not completely satisfied with our She’s well Inc products, then there is a 100% refund available. If you have opened the products, simply return the opened products within 30 days. Upon receipt of your supplements, we will refund you with credit.

Termination

These terms are effective until terminated by either party. If you no longer agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, you must cease your use our SIte.
Subject to applicable law, we reserve the right to deny your access to all or any part of our Site with or without notice. You agree that any termination of your access to our web site may be effected without prior notice, and agree that we may immediately deactivate your account and all related information and files in your account and bar any further access to such files.
