She’s well is operated by 28labs Inc. (“She’s well,” “we,” “us”). We respect your privacy, and this policy explains plainly what we collect on sheswell.co (the “Site”), why, and what we do with it. If you have any questions, contact us at info@sheswell.app.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit our “Build your plan” form, we collect the details you choose to share: your name, email address, ZIP code, what you’re interested in (such as egg freezing, fertility testing, or IVF), whether you have received fertility treatment or are currently with a clinic, and any message you write. Providing this information is entirely voluntary.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how the Site is used — pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type. Google Analytics uses cookies. You can learn how Google processes this data at policies.google.com/privacy and opt out at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or block cookies in your browser settings.

Server logs. Like nearly every website, our server records basic technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability.

How we use your information

We use form submissions for one purpose: to respond to you and help you plan your fertility care. Submissions are stored on our secure server and delivered to our team’s inbox. We use analytics data in aggregate to improve the Site.

We understand that information about fertility is sensitive. We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

When we share information

We share personal information only with the service providers that make the Site work — our hosting provider (DigitalOcean) and our email provider (Google Workspace) — and only so they can perform those services; if required by law, court order, or governmental request; or to protect our rights, prevent fraud, or ensure safety. If She’s well is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, personal information may transfer as part of that transaction under the protections of this policy.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions for as long as needed to respond to you and provide our services, and we delete them when they are no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@sheswell.app. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and we will honor valid requests made under them.

Cookies

The Site sets cookies only for analytics, as described above. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies; the Site works without them.

Children

The Site is intended for adults. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Security

The Site is served over HTTPS, and we follow reasonable technical and organizational practices to protect the information we hold. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep the data we collect to a minimum — that is the best protection of all.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the revised version here with an updated date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised policy.
